- Entrance fees are $10 per day or $20 for the weekend
- Contestant and overnight guests camping can arrive anytime between 4pm and 11pm
- Vendors, suppliers , and band can come in and set up
- Checking in is at the gates and our board members/volunteers will be waiting to help you!

- 6 AM to 10 AM Capers Community will be making a yummy breakfast for you to purchase
- 9:00 am Fat Belly Sausage will be here to cook you a Fat Farmer Sausage and Egger and Nickel Farms will be here to tempt you with a cinnamon bun

- Starting off with ladies barrel racing
- Junior & Pee Wee barrel racing

- 4:00 PM Rodeo performance starts
